• We manufacture our products in our own units in India.
• We make every effort to show product colours, sizes, and details accurately. Slight variations in colour or size may occur because of screen settings and the nature of handmade and stitched products.
• All products are subject to availability.

3. Prices & Payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change from time to time, but the price shown when you place your order is the price you pay.
• We accept online payments and Cash on Delivery (COD). We may limit COD for certain orders or locations.

4. Orders

• An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation from us.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, a price or listing error has occurred, or an order appears fraudulent. If we cancel a prepaid order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping & Delivery

We usually deliver within [3–6] working days across India. Delivery times are estimates and may vary because of location, courier delays, or circumstances beyond our control. Please see our shipping policy for full details.

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

7. Wholesale & Bulk Orders

Wholesale, bulk, and customised orders may be subject to separate terms, pricing, and minimum order quantities, which we will agree with you directly.
